Heather - Boudoir

Heather emailed me & asked me if I would do a boudoir shoot for her. It was her hubby's birthday & thought he would really like that as a gift. This isn't something I normally do but I thought it would be fun to jump into that side of photography for once. It was an easy shoot. I have been photographing her son for a year now & Heather & I belong to the same play group so we are pretty comfortable around each other. It was fun. Lots of laughs which always makes it a little easier. I was happy to hear that she was willing to let me share some photos from the shoot.

Happy Valentine's Day

Kaleb - 1 Year

I can't believe that Kaleb is ONE! Well, he isn't quite one yet but today was his 1 Year Photoshot! I have been photographing since he was 1st born. I always looked forward to his shoots. He is just adorable & his eyes, OMG are so big & beautiful. Today however wasn't his best day. He had a bad week & was pretty upset. But a cupcake sure did help. That boy just ate it up like it was the best thing he ever eat & danced the entire time. It was really cute!

Owen - 2 Years

Saturday morning I met up with Owen & his mom, Vanessa. Vanessa is one of the owners of the Twin Cities Stay at Home moms group on Meetup.com that I am apart of. If you are a SAHM I highly recommend joining! Anyways, so I met with Owen & we had a great shoot. Little Man, even with his cold, was still a riot. He was running around all over but sat great for pictures, with the help of every photographers BFF M&M's. Owen is just the cutest thing!

Kate - 6 Months

Forgive me because I am far behind on blogging!

A few weeks ago I met up with Kate, Ally & their mommy for Kate's 6 month shoot! Kate is a chunk & boy is she cute. Her blue eyes are just killer. She loves her sister SO much & it's adorable to see them together. Ally is my bestfriend & I have decided she will be my future assistant!

Aidan's 1st Christmas

Aidan is my favorite little baby. He was a very long time coming. Many many MANY months of me saying "When are you going to have a baby?" and FINALLY little Aidan comes along. I love him. As he grows up he probably won't know who I am unless I have my camera. Every time I see him I take pictures. I just have to. When we were over there on Saturday he was dressed in Christmas clothes. I had to to snap some pictures. I even got a semi okay one with my kids & Aidan all looking at the camera. Then at the end one of Aidan & I. Oh my uterus just aches he is so cute.

Christy

I met with Christy & her adorable belly to do some maternity stuff. She is a tiny little thing but a big 'ole baseketball belly. One of those perfect ones that most women are jealous of! Christy was SO easy to work with & super laid back. She had a bunch of ideas that she wanted to do but was really open to idea that I had to. It worked out really well. With the help of her hubby & her son we got some great photos! I threw it one of little of Jimmy too. While Christy would change I would play with her adorable little dogs. Tiny little things. I could have fit them in my camera bag & still had room for my gear!! Congrats Christy!

Shaelyn & Nika

This morning I went to the Gurthrie to do a shoot with Shaelyn & Nika. Yes. The Guthrie again. I am pretty in love with that place. So let me tell you a little about Shaelyn & Nika. They are two adorable little girls. Their big brown eyes & adorable smiles just killed me. Shaelyn is a total ham. Her hand was always on her hip & she popped it like a pro. Oh it was cute! Then there is little Nika. Oh dear she just metled my heart. She would do these huge crazy smiles & would block me with her feet when I went to tickle her. Adorable. I can't wait until next year to shoot these girls outside. I can tell they will let loose & be wild!

Doyle - Family

Ashley, is yet again, another person that I went to High School with that my favorite social network, Facebook, has reconnected us. I got together with Ashley over the summer & did a shoot with her daughter Gabby. That girl is so adorable & I instantly feel in love with her. She is a cutie in the white dress on my header. I was thrilled when Ashely contacted me to do a family/newborn shoot when little Ryley arrived. They are such a good looking family! Perfect house, perfect yard....just down right perfect. Right out of a magazine. I love it. Little Ryley is just so cute. I just want to eat him up. I left with massive baby fever after this one & also 2 balloon animals that Miss Gabby made for my kids. Thanks Gabby! They loved them!

Kaleb - 9 Months

I really can't believe that little Kaleb is already 9 months! He is such a peanut. Big eyes & all smiles until I get behind the camera. Thankfully Daddy was behind me to get the smiles. Thanks Phillip! If it wasn't for him, we would have no smiles. I met with Heather, Phillip & little Kaleb at the Guthrie. Yup. Again. I just love this place. We had a great time. I always do with these 3. I love this age too. Kaleb has such a funny personality & REALLY likes to look at himself in the mirror. I couldn't stop laughing watching him look at himself. Made me wish I had a video camera. I can't believe that the next shoot I do with him he will be a year! Oh my!
